About Renee
Strategist.
Advocate.
Founder.
The throughline of everything I do is this: I see where systems fail people, and I build better ones.

The Story
I didn't set out to build an ecosystem.
I followed the need.
For years, I watched people get lost in systems they couldn't navigate alone — immigration paperwork with no guidance, AI tools with no roadmap, legal processes with no affordable support. I kept asking the same question: why does access to good help depend so much on who you know and how much you have?
That question drove every venture I've built. Not a business plan — a response to what I kept seeing.
Today I hold multiple roles: law clerk and JD candidate, paralegal for attorneys, AI strategist, wellness entrepreneur, legislative advocate, and speaker. But these aren't separate careers. They're one integrated response to a world that's made things more complicated than they need to be.
I'm also a wife, a grandmother, and a person who knows what it means to build something from nothing. Tony and I have built this life with intention — and the values that shaped our home shape every business decision I make.
The Journey
How I got here.
Early Career
Built a reputation in legal document preparation and paralegal work, supporting hundreds of families navigating complex systems with few affordable options.
Paralegal & Immigration Work
Built over 15 years of deep experience in immigration matters — working with and for attorneys, preparing documents, and training practitioners on responsible, ethical practice.
AI Discovery
Recognized that AI and automation were reshaping every industry — and that most service-based businesses were being left behind. Founded Simplarity to change that.
LifeWave & Wellness
Discovered LifeWave phototherapy. After transformative personal results, built Why Waite to share that technology with others.
Law School
Enrolled as a JD candidate to deepen legal expertise, currently clerking and building toward advocacy at every level of the system.
Legislative Advocacy
Took the fight to Sacramento — testifying, organizing, and pushing back against legislation designed to eliminate community access to immigration services.
The Why
I can't change the world for everyone.
"But I'll spend my life changing it for everyone I can."
That's not marketing copy. That's the operating principle behind every business, every advocacy fight, every late night, and every decision about where to put my time. If you've benefited from one of my ventures, you're part of why I keep going.
